Summary0000156: redundant frames - decoding behaviour
DescriptionWhen using redundant frames the decoder uses it if P frame is lost.
But if P frame is transported in two or more packets and not all packets of the P frame get lost then the P frame seems to be decoded, although the R frame has better quality.

Checked again. The problem is that the R frames are NEVER used for decoding.

Another point is that the R frames are often larger (more bits) than the original P frames.
