Summary0000286: Left/Right cropping bug
DescriptionWhen a cropping rectangle is specified for the left or right side, pixels in both the reconstructed and decoded sequences appear not aligned properly. The bug applies (at least) to 4:2:0 and 4:0:0 formats.

The bug refers to JM 18.2.
Steps To ReproduceEncode a sequence in which the number of columns is not a multiple of 16.
