Description
Warning: Automatic cropping activated: Coded frame Size: 1920x1088

IntraProfile requires IDRPeriod >= 1.

I am trying to encode at a high bitrates in intra frame mode, please see attatched config file. I think that it is set up okay.
Additional InformationThe first on e I am not worried about as I know what it means, but the second one is confusing. Can you shed any light on it?

Try to set IntraProfile to 0 and/or NumberBFrames to 0. You are combining this profile with inter type slices which does not make sense.

Agreed, I have done this. Unfortunately when I run the encoder now it crashes the lencod.exe. I get as far as;
