| Description | I keep getting the error message: "IntraProfile requires IDRPeriod>=1" when attempting to encode 4:2:2 10 bit data in Intra mode ... the problem is that IDRPeriod is set to 1 in my config file (attached). | ||||
| Additional Information | Changing IDRPeriod to 2 means it now blocks with the error: "IntraProfile requires IntraPeriod equal 1." -- again IntraPeriod *is* 1. This is clearly a bug of some sort. | ||||

Did you try setting "NumberBFrames" to 0? There is an issue with the error messages provided by the software (too many cases to test), but that is the problem with your config. |

Have now set NumberBFrames to 0, and (in response to a new error message) changed slice-mode to 1. It now runs without an error message, but then seg-faults immediately. New config file attached. |

Intra profile with IDRPeriod=1 works now. But everything else seems to be broken for JM 18.0. |
