Summary	0000326: rtp_loss.exe has problems reading buffer.
Description	I earlier raised this issue but the thread is closed now. It was rtp stream that was generated by setting OutFileMode = 1 # Output file mode, 0:Annex B, 1:RTP Every time I run it terminates abnormally. See attached file for details.

Karsten Suehring 2013-06-24 16:16 administrator ~0000584	Theoretically you should be able to reopen an issue, if it has been closed, but the problem persists. But the the bug tracking software seems to have a bug itself (which is currently only fixed in the unstable branch). As a workaround I will keep fixed issues open in "feedback" status for a while. I will reopen the other bugs and mark this as duplicate. Please see my comments there.
