Summary0000326: rtp_loss.exe has problems reading buffer.
DescriptionI earlier raised this issue but the thread is closed now. It was rtp stream that was generated by setting OutFileMode = 1 # Output file mode, 0:Annex B, 1:RTP
Every time I run it terminates abnormally. See attached file for details.

Theoretically you should be able to reopen an issue, if it has been closed, but the problem persists. But the the bug tracking software seems to have a bug itself (which is currently only fixed in the unstable branch). As a workaround I will keep fixed issues open in "feedback" status for a while.

I will reopen the other bugs and mark this as duplicate. Please see my comments there.
