Summary0000053: wrong value of enc_mb->lambda_me[Q_PEL]
DescriptionThe assignment of the value of enc_mb->lambda_me[Q_PEL] in init_enc_mb_params() in mode_decision.c is wrong. The original assigned value is img->lambda_mf[5][img->qp][Q_PEL], but it should be img->lambda_me[5][img->qp][Q_PEL].
