| Description | Dzung Hoang: I found a bug in the JM encoder versions 11.0 and prior. The bug is that in the high profile a B_Direct_16x16 MB would be coded using the 8x8 transform when direct_8x8_inference_flag is 0. The fix is included below. | ||||
